Our Steel: A Solid Foundation for Confidence
All Pioneer Sales Steel Buildings are made of only the highest quality, premium construction grade steel: aluminum-zinc coated AZ180 GALVALUME PLUS™ Steel from ArcelorMittal Dofasco in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. This ensures the consistency and quality of our steel buildings and allows us to pass maximum saving on to our customers.
Unmatched Durability and Longevity
All our steel is between 22 to 15 gauge AZ180 Galvalume Plus
structural grade (A792-06) offering maximum strength & longevity. It’s 3 to 6 times more rust resistant than galvanized steel. By virtue of its combined aluminum and zinc protection, Galvalume Plus offers up to 600% more service life to that of conventional galvanized steel and a higher yield & tensile strength. It’s one of the most rugged & durable building materials available today.

One Size Nut and Bolt Fasteners
Our convenient one size nut and bolt fasteners ensure a hassle-free, uniform construction method throughout the build. This also means that adding length to your building in the future is a simple task. Our fasteners are Grade 2 (ASTM A307) and JS1000 coated (salt spray tested for 1000 hours).
Superior Heat Reflective and Noise Dampening
The high aluminum content coating offers 98% heat reflectivity. This keeps your building 7-8 degrees cooler in summer (without A/C), reduces temperature flux, and keeps the steel cool to the touch. Our unique 3-sided, deep corrugation panels leave less exposed surface area which, along with our thick gauge steel, dramatically reduces noise.
Our 30-year Warranty
All Pioneer Buildings have a 30-year warranty on the Galvalume Plus Steel backed by ArcelorMittal Dofasco.
